BEFORE we get the reason they said, did, acted and even posted
the way they did.... why do we believe it was against us... a dig???

2. I think it's a defense mechanism...
Sort of like pre-emptive action.

But it's not fair. We need to learn to analyze the reasons for our emotions before we act on them. It ain't easy. :hug::hug::hug:

we just get caught up in thinking something that isn't there for many reasons

but, it's okay to be human lost, we all think that way sometimes. You're okay, and you are gonna be okay. :hug:
