7. My coworker who never does any work finally came into the office today

(he "works" from home most of the time) to do a long-overdue project I had asked him to work on...and then he got a phone call from a friend and suddenly decided he was going to Vegas. Right now.

10. I hate plastic shopping bags.

Even if I'm buying just one item, the cashier ALWAYS puts the item in one of those tacky opaque plastic bags. Sometimes double-bagged. I take the extra bag off and hand it back, and the cashier ALWAYS gives me a funny look, like I'm some weirdo for not wanting a bag. Then the cashier throws the bag away, instead of just using it for the next customer, which also irritates me.

12. Here's one for you: Making payment arrangements on an overdue

bill, and they cut the fucking water off the very day after the arrangements are made.

I call them back, and while it was noted that I called, THE DETAILS OF THE ARRANGEMENT WERE NOT NOTED DOWN!!!!! :grr: :grr: :grr:

I was going to make a payment on Monday, but ended up having to pay part of that payment today. FUCK!

At least they came back out and turned the water on, after apologizing profusely.

I work in tech support and I have the following to say to the people who call me:
Please, for the love of God, don't take a deep breath and say your telephone number in one big whoosh of air. I have to type those numbers in the computer, for Pete's sake. It's all going to sound like one long number, and I'll just have to waste time by asking you to repeat your dumb self. x(
