I'm a teen girl, and I love eating.
In fact, I love most everything a teenage girl is taught to hate by society. I also hate most everything teenage girls are taught to love.

I love:
Cooking, eating, being intellectual, being chubby, wearing glasses, not having a date, Star Wars, cars, being in band, school, jeans and funny t-shirts, having bad hair, not wearing makeup, history, science, video games, and just staying in on a Saturday night to watch Red vs. Blue.

I hate:
Texting (txtng), nailpolish, fashion (mostly), the teen boy models, skinny, most perfumes, boyfriends, art class, implants, Hillary Duff, rap music, Zumiez, the mall, going shopping, and being a bitch.

I really think that everyones (Kids, teachers, friends, parents) highschool life could be better if we just embraced what we really wanted to be and not just what magazines told us to be.

2. One of my biggest pet peeves
is the cynicism and narcism that I see every day, as well as the general idiocy.

(thank you for your nice comment)

4. Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders.
It can take some a long time to realize they should be true to themselves before anyone else.

And as a fellow band-geek :yourock:

5. You and my little sister would probably get along pretty well... :)

Hmm... that reminds me. I haven't introduced her to Red vs. Blue yet... she'd love that.

This just doesn't seem physically possible!

19. Red vs. Blue is my life...
I can recite most of the lines by heart.

"Hey punk, I don't need a weapon to kill you."

23. I've only seen the first season myself.

Need to get ahold of the rest. I've heard they went downhill a little once they became officially sponsored by Microsoft though, they had to tone stuff down a bit. And they had to become 'RoosterTeeth productions' rather than... well, y'know. :)

Seriously though, my little sister is following in my geeky footsteps. And I couldn't be prouder. :) She's a little more into the anime geek stuff than I ever was, but we still connect on some of the sci-fi/fantasy stuff and some of the computer/gaming stuff.

26. They did tone it down a little...
but the first season isn't nearly as funny, in my opinion, as the second, third, or fourth.

Fry and Laurie are hilarious British comedians, if you like satire and the absurd. ;)

7. I hate stupidity and anti-intellectualism.
:D

I like chocolate and the piano and pretty much any musical instrument and geeky books about the history of jazz and biographies of musicians. I hate endless days of sun, love snow like a mofo, hate rain, hate going to sleep before I'm dead on my feet. I hate Myspace but love Facebook. Etc.

16. good for you - but your thread title is just begging for a copycat
I probably would have liked you back when I was in high school, but I would have been too shy to ask you out... and, if you asked me out, I probably would have choked up, turned red and stumbled over my words.

But, back in the early to mid 80s, girls didn't ask boys out where I was from (Connecticut) - so, I never really had that worry about a girl asking me out.
