Phew!! No radioactive clouds over Manhattan today!

Some of you may recall an article from Debka that was posted here about a month ago, claiming that some kind of nookyoular holocaust was going to be instigated upon Manhattan by Al Queda today, Groundhog Day. Very flowery description, almost sounded like the way Nostradamus forecast stuff-- destruction raining from the skies, twin plumes, radioactive clouds. . .

A lot of you sensible folk pooh-poohed it, but I, who suffer from a free-floating anxiety disorder, was silently fretting about it for the past few weeks, especially since every Monday my beloved husband goes into the city. Tried to talk myself out of it, but it cast a slight pall over my weekend.

But lo and behold, all was calm, he walked through the door safe and sound, thank you, thank you, Goddess!!

Now what can I obsess about next??

Thankfully I had forgotten all about it until I read this! It's just slow torture by Dick Cheney. Imagine being such a sadist that you have to torment millions of people at once? I can't wait till we pull him out of his spiderhole and frogmarch him off to court.
