Whoa! 20 deer outside my house in the woods!
We get deer, but never twenty at once! Those deer are using my woods as a meeting place for their world domination plans, I just know it! :D

you're on the front lines of their offensive. Please let us know if you see them taking up arms. Thanks!

on edit: Three raccoons were having a meeting in my yard last night - I wonder if it's related.

9. Did you put salt to melt icy walks?
Maybe that's what's attracted them. I've always been fond of deer...of course, I never tried to keep a garden in deer country. :-)

22. Nope
I'm quite puzzled. I can just attribute it to the fact there was a Deeraholics Anonymous meeting nearby for now!

12. have you checked
with your conservation dept on the amount of deer per sq. mile in your area? 20 at once may mean there is a over population in your area. they may be over eating the their area causing damage to small trees and other plants.

16. If the NRA got their way, you could shoot em all up with a machine gun
that would put an end to their sinister plans.

17. I can top that!
I'm sitting at the computer looking out the window at my front lawn and there are 25 Elk enjoying the grass. The dogs are sitting by the fire and just don't want to go out in the cold and chase them. Can't blame them, I'm not going to either!

23. They wreck your gardens, though!
The deer are in upstate NY, the elk are in Northern California.
