Clown loses work privilege :Witnesses say they saw him drinking beer, dancing
This is a very, very bad clown.

"Waukesha - Ronald E. Schroeder, the Silly the Clown performer awaiting trial on sexual assault and other charges, had his work-release privileges revoked Friday after a citizen reported seeing Schroeder in a Milwaukee bar drinking beer and dancing.

Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel said the citizen reported seeing Schroeder, 38, at Kelly's Bleachers bar between 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The citizen, a male who was not identified during a court hearing on Friday, would testify that he saw Schroeder drinking Corona beer and dancing, Schimel said.

A woman told investigators she also saw Schroeder dancing at the bar between 8:30 and 11 p.m., when a line dancing group gets together, Schimel said.

Schroeder's attorney, Donna Kuchler, said Schroeder was at the bar that evening, but he denied he was drinking. He was there for a business meeting, she said."
