I also have Bose speakers in my car. Powerful little systems they are. They go to 11. :headbang:

5. The Bose "Wave Machine" is excellent...

excellent sound throughout, and small enough to take minimal space; we like it.

It produces a lot more, and higher quality, sound than its size would suggest possible.

9. Update: Got it. I'm totally in LOVE.

So I decided to go for it, and ordered the Wave system plus add-on CD changer yesterday around lunchtime.

It arrived on my doorstep at 10:30 this morning!

Mind-blowingly simple setup, takes up almost no space at all (and therefore perfect for my tiny apartment). The sound quality is very, very impressive.

10. We've got one.

I love it. It has the disk changer and the sound is incredible.

We also have the mini version in the bedroom as the alarm clark. The sound is just incomparable. I highly recommend Bose.

11. i had one of the first ones..great sound but

no control over treble or bass..i sold an orginal white one in excellent shape for 325 on ebay. can`t beat them for great sound from a small well built system

(that's the tall one with the CD player on top...I added the 5-CD changer a couple of years ago.)

It's got plenty of connections in back for extra speakers or to connect other components, but I haven't needed to do either. Nice to know the capability is there, though. :D
