Just to watch all of them squirm. ELOL! I know they are mad, because they whisper to each other as I walk by and when I get close they get quiet and I get the "I Hate You" smile from them. OH IT'S great being BOSS.

I forgot and make them have really short deadlines to have it done. That is the best part, watching them scurring around frantic. And then I like to thump the glass with something new, just to watch them really sweat. MUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

1. I have a VP here who's like that.

If a project is going to be labor intensive and high stress he'll volunteer to spearehead it and commit us to impossible deadlines. He knows it will get a lot of executive attention, so he'll get a lot of chances for brown-nosing face time, while we'll be killing ourselves doing the actual work.
