3. I want to know how everyone manages to fall asleep, I am so jealous of those who
can lie down and sleep it is a dream of mine to be able to do this. I guess I am just a chronic insomniac.

4. You'd hate me, then
Curl up, snuggle in, <bam> it's morning!

You're probably going to hit me, but the secret is a) already be kinda tired, and b) don't worry about falling asleep.

:-)

5. I have the same problem, but ...

What usually does it for me is reading in bed, particularly fiction. I think it helps me to relax when I imagine being somewhere else.

6. a purring cat....
...and an air mattress that feels like a cloud. A bowl of warm cream of wheat before bedtime helps, too.

Seriously, I sleep on a $22 queen size camping air mattress that's on top of my futon. Not inflated fully, it is like sleeping on a heavenly cloud. I can't wait to go to bed, fall asleep immediately, and don't want to get up because of the total blissful comfort.
