Kitty with The Sniffles
Quark's been draggin' ass for a day and a half, and he's got The Sniffles. How serious is it? I'm about to call the vet, but I'd like to have an idea of what I'm in for.

Plato had a cold a couple of years ago, and he was miserable for a week.

2. Thanks - I just made an appointment for him
He doesn't travel well at all, so I hope he's going to be okay. The vet is 5 minutes away, but last time I tried to put Quark in the car (in a carrier), he went turbo and tried to kill everybody. We had to sedate him.

Wish us luck!

3. Update on Quark's condition
He was ultrabrave, the vet has a huge crush on him, she gave him fluids and lysine to go, and he's going to be fine.

Whew.

5. She was about to take him home with her, I swear
 She's already met his dad, Imhotep, and his sister, Neutrino, but she was honestly blown away by his looks. He's also the softiest kitty ever - she thought that was cool too.

He's feeling a bit better this morning, mostly trying to sleep it off.

:hi:

7. Right now, he's sunning himself in the atrium
He had a light breakfast and still has a runny nose, but at least he's out and about. :woohoo: :hi:
