Used to be behind the Iron Curtain, but is now free.

Has an oil economy.

Had a huge setback this year when a computer virus knocked out the country's economy - apparently everryone in Estonia does everything online and when the computers were hacked there, they were in trouble.

But that answer doesn't make a person laugh.
