Chicken soup - day 2
I made the stock yesterday. Now I'm making the soup itself.

added dried yellow peas, fresh corn, carrots, garlic, basil, celery, green onions and yellow onion. I just added the chicken meat. Little pasta balls go in in about 15 minutes.

The house smells great!.

this is the first time in 46 years I've tried it.

And ya know what I learned? The skin is STILL the best part, even in soup.

I just had a bowl for breakfast.

now I've got 3 big containers in the freezer and two in the fridge.
