Where are the Lustmord fans on DU?
I got Rising direct from Vaultworks a few weeks ago, just in time for Halloween. It's my first Lustmord CD, but it ain't gonna be my last.

1. I was a big industrial fan starting in the mid 80s
but I always somehow missed getting his work. I'm not enough into dark music anymore to go out and find some.

You probably know that he's doing film work in LA now.

2. I know - one of these days I must watch the full version of ZOETROPE
I have seen his name pop up in other movie soundtracks, too.

Seems like nowadays he's gone more in the direction of dark ambient (for you newbies, imagine gene-slicing H.R. Giger with Brian Eno) instead of industrial, although he did collaborate with Hekate for that Law of the Battle of Conquest project that has some strong industrial content.

As far as Lustmord's CDs go, I think I may try to score Carbon/Core next.
