This drumset needs some cowbell!
My niece got for her birthday a real miniature drumset..she is 4. She got them because my stepfather is a drumplayer and she loves watching him/helping him play. Now they play together and its so cute. Well I made a joke about needing more cowbell and my stepfather obliged by hitting the cowbell on his drumset. My niece immediatedly noticed that HER drumset lacked a cowbell and said so (I need a cowbell- ultra cute from the mouth of a four year old).
What I was thinking is that I would get her one for x-mas. But I was wondering if they make smallish ones that might fit on her mini drum set? And where could I get something like that do you think?
BTW- kicking myself for not bringing my digital camera over to my mothers house---its SOOOO cute to see them play together, but when I do get a pic, be assured I will post here.:)

2. And maybe some of these, too...

;) My little brother got a drum set for his 12th birthday, and even though he's pretty talented, he is very LOUD. He's 16 now and it's a wonder any of us can even hear anything at all anymore, lol...

As for the miniature cowbell, turtlensue, I don't know for sure if this would work but you might try Musician's Friend - they have a lot of decent equipment, and if memory serves, they carry "student" instruments and some stuff for smaller children. Hope that helps! :hi:

3. Thank you and fortunately for all of my family...
Both sets of drums are in our furnished basement! You can close the door and not hear too much.....
