Documentary films should be grainy with low quality technology
I've been watching some of these old World Series documentary films from the 1970's, made by MLB films; the one with Curt Gowdy narrating.

I have to say, there is something about it that seems to fit just right: grainy film footage, 70's bumper music, and just generally low quality technology.

That's how a documentary is supposed to be.
