Football STILL sucks

As a straight white male, I can honestly say that I have absolutely no interest in the Super Bowl, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson's boobs, or whatever the final score was.

Anybody else out there?

1. It says a lot that...

...the Jackson angle seems to be getting more attention than the game itself. This was a game without any major stars and it sort of debunks that theory that while basketball is a game of individual stars, football is a team sport.

I was cheering for the Panthers, but mainly because the Pats beat the Colts, which is the only NFL team I really care about.

think I was the only one. The whole thing just bores me silly. I went to dinner and a movie with my like-minded friend instead.

and I don't want to participate in it by watching it.

I slept in, fixed stuff around the house, bought some hardware, and took my wife out to dinner.

It's ain't exciting, but at least it was *my* day, and not the NFL's.
