Squirrels are funny
http://www.maniacworld.com/squirrel-obstacle-course.html

I just had to reinstall Vista (awesome!) and now my sound isn't working... so i have NO IDEA why this woman set up a squirrel obstacle course. It made me laugh though, as did the sneaky squirrel in the second clip.

(If anyone has a clue about the sound issue, let me know! I already reinstalled the driver and that didn't do it. Grrr.)

This is one of the funniest stories involving a squirrel I have ever heard:

(Click on full episode)

Act Two. Squirrel Cop.

(about 20 minutes into the show)

The first day inevitably means mistakes, mishaps, fiascos. A true story, told by a former rookie cop. (14 minutes)

Song: " Fox Squirrel," Muddy Waters

13. or click the "volume" icon in the tray

Then ( sometimes you have to double click to get this screen) check all the volume bars. Usually the wave is turned all the way down; for some reason many apps default it that way, particularly if you use Appletunes (Itunes)

16. I got it working!
Apparently there is some conflict between modem and audio drivers... so i had to uninstall both, then reinstall the audio. Annoying, but now i'm back in action :-)

15. I am quite fond of squirrels. I used to hand-feed 25-30 a day in a
park in Louisiana. Most would just hop upon the table top and claim their prize, but several would scramble across my legs or climb them to got to their food. Squirrels are delightful rodents and I am very fond of them.
