3. I remember getting on an airplane

with a group on a French company subsidized vaction to Thailand (I lived in France at the time and worked with a French company). It was Singapore Airlines. The French were rather rambuncious. The stewardess didn't speak French so she asked me to tell the group to sit down and buckle up so we could take off. They did. We get to Rome for another Italian group (company subsidized vacation), I said I didn't know Italian, told them in Spanish, they understood, but it was over 1/2 hour before they buckled up, calm NO! Very noisy. The stewardess was nice to me, I got good 1st class cognac for free.
