1. Absolutely to be avoided.
That's 4 miles from my office... I'm definitely taking the long way home. Both lanes of that highway plus the one that merges in there are closed. (I-95 and (I-395). At least three fatalities, and involved two 18-wheelers (one carrying fuel) and four cars. They're saying 7-8 hours to re-open the road, which is 5-6 p.m. EST. :(

:eyes: I have to go on 95 to get to my game tonight...I have to go to Madison, which is 20 miles west (south) then the accident scene.
