Fuck you for leaving me high and dry on a project that was YOUR idea, after doing NO work of your own, and for failing to follow through on what you promised to complete.

FUCK YOU! I will have no more interaction with someone who flirts with me one minute, ignores me the next, but never follows through on his promises.

I am an intelligent and (what must be annoying to you) attractive woman with self-respect. So much so that I am going to finish this project, take 100% of the credit, and never tell you. From my standpoint, my acquaintance with you is over. Good luck working on your other projects that will get you nowhere. I know that you needed what we were working on to maintain yourself, but you screwed up big time.
