Embarassing question RE: My Ass!
Okay, went to the mall yesetrday & bought some jeans.I have always worn a 32 inch waist cause I like em a little loose.Well, I found that I have now grown into 34's I am pissed!

I went home, got out the digital camera & walked around to view on the screen how my ass looked. I was not happy.I have shall we say, a little too much junk in the trunk if you know what I mean.

Anyone know of any simple excersise's to build muscles & trim/tone of some of the fat down?ANy websites that give simple tips on how to work the buns?I use to have a bubble butt & I want it back! I feel alittle embarassed, but I feel this board is here for that!Everyone here knows me.

Also, standing alternate leg raises, which don't use weights. Stand with your hands holding on to something sturdy and raise your foot to the side as high as it will go comfortably. Then lower it about 6 inches, not all the way down cuz there's no resting in this exercise. Then back up again. It's kind of like a karate kick, I guess. Repeat 10 times and switch sides. Do 4 sets every day.

3. Toning the muscles won't reduce the bulges much
Moderate exercise three times a week works for me (when the weather permits). Go for a walk. I once took off 25 pounds in 4 or 5 months with no change in my eat-whatever-you-want diet by walking several miles a day.

Or you can change your attitudes regarding what society accepts as attractive and accept yourself the way you are now.

5. They Are Making 32's Smaller Than They Used To... Also...
the 32's in my closet all SIMULTANEOUSLY shrank. I don't understand it, because I'm now having to buy 34's as well.

15. Nothing wrong with those asses, that I can see...
of course there seems to be a lack of blood to my brain for some odd reason.

Seriously, it happens. Wait till you near 50 if you want to see changes. It is part of life, either fight it or accept it.

Your choice.
