2. I'm beginning to think we should let these things through for now.
Hell, if losing OT is what it takes to wake people the F&$k up, I'm for it if we can undo it when we elect a real American President.

3. Overtime pay was hard won in the 1930s
Once we lose it now, it will be even more difficult to regain the right to overtime pay. Remember there were 16 DEMOCRATS who supported and voted along Republican party lines. A few of the presidential candidates didn't even show up to vote in the Senate (Edwards, Lieberman come to mind and I am not sure about Kerry).

No, I no longer believe Democrat=support for working people.
