Well, I'm just sitting here, relaxing...Had a pretty busy day...

And went off to physical therapy this afternoon for my lousy left shoulder...

And now I'm relaxing, getting ready for the rigors of Thursday!

2. we had unbelieveable winds here today

and the backyard semi-sun-shelter that I built was threatening to come apart and be blown to smithereens. I temporarily kept it together, but it took a while.

I get my flu shot next Tuesday. I used to never get the flu shot until one year, I caught the flu. Now I get it every season. I even caught the flu once just weeks after I got my shot. I was sick as a dog for one day, then felt fine the next day. A whole lot better than being sick and unable to do anything for a week and a half.

And he said...to get his flu shot!

Ah, sweetie....I know a lot of folks are!

They think you can get the flu from them...

But you can't.

They use a killed virus. All it can do is immunize your body against the live virus.

If you get the flu right after your flu shot, you had been exposed to the virus before...

It does take a couple of weeks to take effect.

I don't know if this helps....I hope so!
