I don't know my biological dad's middle name, come to think of it. But his first name is often used as slang for a part of the male anatomy.

3. When I was little I didn't know whether my dad's nickname was his real name or a nickname.
I knew people called him by both his real name and his nickname, but I never knew which was which, haha.

He beat a hasty retreat the second he found out I was on the way. My mother waited just long enough to have me before she took off too. I do know her name, at least. Not that the information is of any use to me.
