I know before the wedding is okay. But what about after? No... I have not done anything. But at the engagement party I was like, "Hey, his siter is hot"

How often do you expect to see her at family events? What you need to do is a cost-benefit analysis on hotness vs. number of awkward family events you'd have to endure.
