What happened to the Cleveland Indians?

All the walks...Why?

I can see walking a batter once the bases are full...

You wouldn't want to risk a home run and have everybody come home!

But why the walks in the first place?

1. I did not watch the game closely

but I am certain that some of the walks were not intentional. If first base is empty and there is a big hitter at the plate, conventional wisdom says to walk the guy to get to the next batter.

2. It was really frustrating...

They filled the bases twice, IIRC, and then the runs would come in!

Oh well...there's always tomorrow!
