Loser wrestler sues Danny Bonaduce

The story so far:

- "Jonny Fairplay" attacks Danny Bonaduce onstage after Bonaduce insulted him
- Bonaduce flips Fairplay over his shoulder, who lands on his face (didn't let go of the microphone!)
- Fairplay complains to the media, hoping for criminal charges
- DA refuses to bring charges, since Bonaduce acted in self-defense
- Fairplay then sues for emotional distress and battery

Although I wouldn't call him a wrestler

he was a managing in TNA and the independents.. don't know if he still is (I know he isn't in TNA)


Edit: Besides Wrestlers have their own stupid things to sue for . . including Diamond Dallas Paige suing Jay-Z for using his hand signature (Settled out of court) and recently Ric Flair suing some car dealership for using his likeness and catchphrases without permission . . . . WHOOOO!!!!!!!!
