To answer your question, no. But for the outside workers I feel terribly sorry.

22. I really feel for anybody who has to work in bad weather...
It's potential frostbite weather that's for sure. :( Outside workers still have to fix watermain breaks, rescue people, tend to car accidents, etc. :(

Yes, it's celsius (don't know the conversion to fahrenheit!) We Canadians take a weird sense of pride in the fact we are living in this frigid arctic chill. brrrr.....

Heard a story at work, it was even colder in Saskatchewan. Guy was saying a friend of his threw his coffee up in the air (why, I don't know) there and it came down as solid (slush)

10. How do you know if your pipes are frozen?
Water won't come out of my bathroom sink but does out of my kitchen sink. Could the pipes be frozen?

17. I delivered 132 papers this morning--- on foot.
One of the carriers was ill, so I delivered his route. It was -11 with a wind chill of -31. It was not fun. :(

21. Wow!
I don't think anything in IL is over 1000 ft. high. It's so flat here that I can actually see the next town on some low-humidity days, and it's almost 12 miles away.

23. What sort of outdoor work do you do?
If it has anything to do with building overpasses, get your butt back outside and get busy. I'm sick of these orange barrels everywhere!
