for five subsequent festivals held under the auspices of the international webern society,of which moldenhauer has been president since its inception. i have studied spanish and understand some .in spanish my name nombre is carlos campana . anton webern started the path to modern new music his music was compressed and extracted and miniature work that was wrote perfectly and exact he made musical history with his own new kind of modern serial atonal work .dr. hans moldehauer was awarded the austrian cross of honor for science and art, first class .here on my profile you will learn of my connection to the late great Dr.anton von webern (sator) (1883-1945) a classical music master modern composer and music genuis who died in war by accident let us never forget the life and music of anton von webern he was a pioneer fantastic musical person.hitler would allow wagners music to be played in the german war while other music was banned.hitler loved wagners music and bruchners music was allowed to be played music by the jewish performers and composers could not be played or used while war was going on in europe.many people fled european cities where war was going on at many got away before the nazi police or ss or german officials could catch and kill them many made it to new york in america and to england and to california in the usa and to france.in 1949 arnold schoenberg first published his 12 tone note music composition because before 1949 schoenberg did not teach or show others his music composing of the 12 tone rows which he started working with in the 1920's.after schoenberg died in the 1950's igor stravinsky then looked at schoenbergs music and composition style.hans eisler was a jewish student of arnold schoenberg and he was in the music school with berg and webern he became a good music composer. my profile here i think is a excellent profile for classical music lovers and for musicians i have worked here to provide true and good info. on anton von webern .alban berg was 18 years old when he tried to kill himself because he failed a school exam. antons first musical works were published in 1921 by universial edition of london.alban berg was the least radical composer in the 2nd viennese school he was a romantic composer.Schoenberg and webern and alban berg and the second viennese school they all wrote music in a new language and schoenberg and this school with webern and the others revolutionalized classical music to a new sound. anton von webern endangered his own life by staying in austria during the war because of the violence of hitler and the 3rd reich and the nazi terror . atonal music was put on the list for music to be banned and this meant that because schoenberg and webern and others used atonal new music those of the second viennese school of music.because webern was friends with schoenberg a jewish composer it caused weberns life possible danger and death because schoenberg was well known and jewish and a composer of new atonal music. my grandfather raymond n.bell was in the 242nd infantry of the usa army.Arnold schoenberg and j.brahms both were buried in the same cemetery in vienna, austria where famous people were put. hitler drank beer and painted pictures he was a failed artist and he loved wagners music.during the world war two richard strauss who was living at that time he was made by the nazis to perform his music but strauss could not perform music of jewish composers music he strauss performed for hitler and the third reich of germany he was made to.strauss lived to be old and died in 1949 he out lived anton von webern and strauss survived the war because he was friends with the nazis he did what he had to do to stay alive during the critcal years of nazi terror. the second viennese school the composers schoenberg and others were known as the expressionist musicians and webern was the impressionist one .the second viennese school stopped in the 1920's when schoenberg left vienna for germany. i am thankful to god for all the lives saved from the german soldiers in the war who were killing many today the victims of the nazi horrors are alive by gods mercy, love, grace and i thank god for many who lived and did not die from the murdering of hitlers terror.schoenberg was known as a conservative person and hard to work with.schoenberg new if he stayed something could have happened to him so in the 1930's schoenberg went into exile he fled with his life for america and he lived and taught in california he survived his best student anton von webern.webern has been dead now for 62 years and austria has a place to honor weberns name in vienna and webern music archives can now be found around the world and online on the internet.the library of congress in the usa has a nice large collection webern archive done by the late dr.hans moldenhauer it is a great collection on webern and other music related items. webern who supported hitler and the war it the war caused webern to get killed.webern could have left austria but in 1938 as the nazi regime crossed into austria to annex and take control of it webern and his family were on hitlers side and the germans lossed the war.anton von webern and schoenberg and alban berg all were soldiers in europe in the 1915-1918 years in world war one .the russian winter storm of snow in the 1940's caused the nazis a loss to the russian red army hitler was on his way to take control of russia when the german soldiers died in the winter weather.many lives were affected by world war two it was a mass death campaign of torture and killing people.webern came close to death before his fatal shooting that killed him bombs and horrible things were going on all around webern and webern was scared for his life and he was fleeing for safety webern and anne frank both wanted to live and return to a peaceful life but both died because of this war and it was hitlers war one of hate ,death, genoicide and brutal murder of many.I hope i don't offend anyone here with my profile with the things i have wrote about i don't want to make people mad.anton weberns death story here written by me is real and it shows the world the tragedies of life and war the things that take place in war time so many suffer from war and lives are lost as so many were in world war two that webern died from. i love webern with a real passion and this section here about me is long because i have alot to write about here.webern is a under appreciated music composer today because of his music it is not a popular taste it is rich and pure and expressed and modern fine music that people don't appreciate you will find people liking j.s.bach and r.wagner, ravel, chopin, debussy and many more but webern is the one who wrote different atonal serial master music and he deserves the honors because igor stravinsky hailed webern as a great composer who made new music and stravinsky loved and used weberns music i really care about webern and it bothers me that people don't like webern or his music like they do it is not everyone who hates webern, webern he loved life and music and he wrote this music for people and he cared about people and some hate him . i want to do my own book on the life of anton von webern with my story and knowledge on him.webern has been badly disrespected and he as a great composer he doesn't deserve what has been said about him.also schoenberg has had people talking bad about him and he was a very great composer . the second viennese school waws a radical school and webern was the most controversial member of the school.webern became captivated by renaissance vocal music, and this passion was to haunt his compositions all his life. arnold schoenberg is the inventor of atonal music.anton von webern had he lived he was already told he had a nice job waiting for him at a state music academy in vienna, austria.weberns music is extreme concentration and brevity and it can seem bewildering at first, but in most other respects webern is in fact a rather less dificult composer than many other leading lights of the 20th century.each of weberns ultra compressed works sets out its store with exceptional clarity and honesty.you always know where you stand with webern.webern never wastes your time.weberns music gives the impression that it is modern, theoretical.abstract, and formidably complicated.abstract musical thought did matter to webern. there was a early netherlands school of music and composers which worked on mass music and polyphony they were fleminsh franco dutch composers in the netherlands anton von webern studied the early fleminsh composers he did his research and thesis on heinrich isaac of the 15th century of the netherlands and webern passed his doctorial thesis exam and he webern specialized in the early music of isaacs early renaissance music.josquin desprez was a dutch fleminsh early composer of music like heinrich isaac.webern was gifted with a fanatically exploratory musical mind which was also profoundly and proudly rooted in the heritage of the past.webern used schoenbergs 12 note method and he combined it with his love of chanber music to create a sound that was entirely his own and webern wrote to the extremes with clarity.. shoenberg ,berg, webern were passionate and gustav mahler who was a romantic composer he liked the new modern music that was made in the 2nd viennese school of music composition.gustav mahler dies from cardiac heart problems . anton von webern taught the famous musician rene' leibowitz french music conductor and this conductor rene' taught pierre boulez the famous music composer who is now living in his 80's .webern was killed in western austria near salzburg.it has been said by some people that webern destroyed tonality because of his technique of composing to pure atonality which was calculated with mathematics and on the 12 tone note scale. This profile of mine i feel can offer people education on anton von weberns life because he was a very well known member of the 2nd viennese school of music composition.the second viennese school has also been called the schoenberg school because he was the leader of the school. people have thought that webern was a nazi spy but he want.my grandfather who killed webern was proven to be the only real killer accidentally of webern.people have said that my grandfather was a trigger happy drunk usa soldier who killed webern and that is not true.my grandfather reurned with his life to america from the tragedy of war and he died because he worried about killing webern and this wory made his alcoholic disease worse and raymond n.bell died because he went into alcoholic shock and he died on his way to the hospital and he died from severe alcoholism at a early age of 40's .raymond n.bell my grandfather died from alcoholism he was sick with hid disease and then weberns death brought him suffering.he gave music life and he wrote with pure passion and expression he had studied the music of the early masters mozart, beethoven, bach and webern loved the early composers from early centuries he found a way to write new music and he had the talent and i am glad he doesn't know the bad things today that people say about him.webern was obessed with his composing with the twelve tone rows and he is very appreciated today by me and my grandfather accidentally killed webern and i love webern . webern got depreseed and had to seek treatment with a doctor.to my spanish friends who read this i want to say hola and gracias! and to my italian friends i want to say ciao and grazie!hallo! i say to my japenese friends and to my jewish friends i say shalom to you! i want to say aloha !to my hawaiian friends.if you want to see the story photos.wikipedia is a web site for famous people and you can look up good info on that site about people and things.weberns family were upset the night of his death his wife and children all wanted to know why a american soldier had killed there love one anton webern.the wife of webern was investigated and she wanted compensation from the amercian government military for weberns death and she was not given money for her loss.she remained a scared person the rest of her life because of what had happened to her husband webern. i love asian people and want to hear from them.the second viennese school is also called the second vienna school this school was one of expressionism and dodecaphony. webern was the most difficult composer of the second viennese school to comprehend and he was the most distant and he was cerebral.webern wanted to study with hans pfitzner who was a russian and german musician and he went for a interview and this teacher pfitzner mad webern mad because when webern said the name of great composers he liked and named strauss and webern got mad because hans said something about gustav mahler.as one hans made a comment that made webern mad and he left mad and would not stay any longer with hans and didn't study with him.i want to hear from germans and austrians.look at my pictures to see me the credit card with photo on it in my photos on this profile the development of chromaticism that was led to lead him to abandon triadic harmony and tonality itself by 1908, and each stage in his progress aroused fresh hostility.one of arnold schoenbergs early friend and music teacher was dr.oskar adler who was also a doctor and a musician and teacher he taught schoenberg early music schoenberg was a self taught composer of music he had some lessons in life nuclear atomic bombs the 1940's ushered in the experiments with the first testings of the new nuclear age atomic bombs and it was done in the desert and america exploded one of its several first atomic bombs ever used in the entire world we showed the world who had the powerful weapons of nuclear bombs we entered into the atomic age and today we are the world super power and russia is number two to us as the next super power russia is a dangerous country if its government or president or military gets mad because they have a large military with alot of nuclear bombs and missles that like principle of serialism, which he first used in 1920.i respect people and i want to be respected i don't discriminate people because of religion and race and gender i love people. i am very sorry for all the many victims who perished in the german war because of hitler and his nazis it was cruel vicious criminal treatment and all the lives lost i am sorry and today there is veterans of the war still living soldiers who now are older who fought in the german war and also victims who were liberated from the nazi death camps some still live today with horrible memories because they saw the brutality and treatment and abuse of humans the victims who live today who were saved from the camps they lived and have real stories to tell they survived the starvation, beatings and gassing and diseases and crematories and genoicide and mass murder i don't like what happened to human life in the war it was terrible it was satan working through hitler he went crazy and he was part jewish he found out and he was mad.hitler liked wagners music but the jewish people and composers who worked with schoenberg they were put on a list to be outlawed and they couldn't work anywhere the germans had occupation in countries like poland or prague webern was outlawed and it affected him he and the modern music performers were listed by top nazi officials as composers of new music and they were unique and of pure originality he started with atonality and he became one of the most important users of the 12 tone note music style of schoenbergs before world war two he developed the 12 tone note atonal music into a serialism style and webern wrote his music with extreme force and his music is not like the past masters of music history webern developed a complete new style of his own one that is very to the point and brief and expressed he believed in his music and he new that he had developed a new modern style to change the course of the traditonal music composition of the past masters in war. webern was killed by accident while my grandfather raymond bell was in the military bell was drafted for war in service in 1938 and the americans were around mittersill with their allied occupation a curfew exisited and webern stepped out of the home one night to smoke his american cigar and within 3 minutes after he was told to halt by my grandfather webern moved and was shot fatally wounding his life and he died not long after. schoenberg married his friend and teacher alexander von zemlinskys sister.after anton von weberns death Dr.hans moldenhauer a german native who was living in america and he was a musicologist and author of books he did alot of anton von webern music research and music archives which have been placed from america to around the world with great history on anton von weberns life and music. in the 1970's anton weberns grave and his wifes they were buried together they were given a nice new grave monument of african marble and the grave is called the grave of honor.weberns wife minna m.webern had died in 1949 from a stroke after weberns death she had remained until her death living in the home webern was killed in she lived upstairs.after weberns death royalities came in to his family heirs webern could not be here to witness the success of his music. this is a real story about my grandfather and the death of webern is hard for me to think about and talk about because of webern being killed tragically and because of my grandfather suffering the way he did from the accidental death of webern.my grandmother helen sutton bell the widow of raymond n.bell she died in may of 2005 at age 89 she was a wonderful person she was a good grandmother to me she was a christian woman and she loved me she was bothered about weberns death by her husband she didn't like to talk about it because webern was a influential musician and she new that webern was a great musician.moldenhauer after weberns death in 1945 decided in the early 1960's that he wanted to do a book on the death of webern the events that surround and lead to anton weberns death the details. moldenhauer made this book by research evidence and this book is very good with the truth about weberns death and i have a copy of this book called the death of anton webern and this book features the real events and the truth and it has my grandfather in this book it shows the reader all of the true events that brought on anton von weberns death which was a tragic situation and a sad loss to the music community that he webern belonged to.by tragic and sad fate weberns death has made my family famous because of my grandpas connection to the death of anton von webern who was a famous major 20th century composer and musician and man he webern was influential and a true master of classical music.i do not like being connected to weberns death like my family and me are because i am against killing and webern was too i myself respect life and nature and i want to avoid violence.as the result of me being connected to anton webern the way i am i do not want to be killed by anyone for being the grandson of raymond bell who killed webern i do not want to be shot because of my connection to webern. alban berg died on christmas eve in 1935 from blood poisoning from a insect bite.schoenberg, berg, webern all three accepted the new change to atonality.the second viennese school was founded in 1904 by schoenberg.webern got depressed and mentally sick in his life and he was advised medically to see a psychologist for help and he went to see a austrian prominent doctor named dr.alfred adler a psychologist who was in the field of treatment with dr.sigmund freud a psychologist webern needed help and he went to see the doctor and webern told the doctor his life story who then found out that weberns problems come from early on in his childhood inner problems which were that he was timid and shy and after treatment webern felt better.the war started in 1938 and webern and schoenberg and the modern musicians who were in the second viennese school of music their music and books and jobs were banned destroyed and prohibited these composers couldn't teach or perform in german occupied war nations in europe this made problems for these musicians schoenberg was a jew and he was a nazi target and webern and others all their music was labeled degenerate art it was put on a list outlawed and this was devestating to webern and all the banned musicans during war some worked and taught in hiding webern did. i have no hate for anyone for my soul is filled with love and i am a child of god . weberns death was a violent matter that tore his pants pocket his austrian id card was in his pants and the bullets tore and stained with blood his identity card.it was a bad death for such a fine artist to have to die in such a ending to his beautiful musical life he was a genuis and a professor of modern music today austria honors his memory and webern wrote and laid the path to a new kind of classical music. it happened in mittersill, austria which is near salzburg it was tragic and sad it happenend while my grandad was arresting a nazi criminal who was benno mattel the son inlaw of anton von webern. my grandfather was never impilcated or charged in the death of webern it was ruled self defence by the usa miltary court of law it was ruled a accident of war it was completely investigated and webern was not murdered or killed by anyone else other than my grandfather who was found to be the real killer of dr.anton von webern it was fate and a sad tragedy webern was only 61 years old when he was shot and killed. three fatal shots from the gun hit his stomach and wounded webern who said his last words in front of his wife" it is over" he said in his native austrian tongue meaning that he new he was dying or i am finished it is done.webern was at the mattel home when he was shot and killed webern and his family were nazi supporters of hitler and the third reich. webern was no evil nazi involved in crime or killings like hitler.anton von webern was a remarkable composer.weberns mother was a amateur pianist who gave him his first instruction.webern studied piano, cello, and theory with Dr.edwin komauer ph.d in klagenfurt also he played cello in the orchestra there .in 1902 he entered the university of vienna, where he studied harmony with graedener and counterpoint with dr. navratil also he attended classes in musicology with dr guido adler and received his Ph.D in 1906 with a dissertation on heinrich isaac's choralis specialized in the music that isaac composed . webern in 1904 he began private studies in composition with arnold schoenberg, whose ardent disciple he became.alban berg also studied with schoenberg and together schoenberg and alban berg and webern laid the foundations of what became known as the 2nd viennese school of composition. schoenberg fled for america because he was jewish and schoenberg died in america from a heart attack in the 1950's.alban berg died in 1935 from a insect bite poison.anton von webern had the chance to flee the nazi war but he wanted to stay in his home land of austria which he loved and he died as a result of staying webern could have gone to america or england. webern had fled from the vienna austria area before his death when the germans loss to the russian army the russians came in to austria and the russians and bombs forced webern and his family to flee for safety so webern and his wife fled to mittersill a village that was being occupied by the allied usa occupational army forces that my grandad belonged to it was a company battalion infantry and they were called the rainbow divison and were war fighters my grandad was a young soldier and webern happened to be at the wrong place at the mattel home which was being searched and webern was visiting this home and he was fatally wounded while my grandad met him in the night dark webern bumped into my grandad and he acted with his gun and weberns life could not be saved he was wounded fataly and people were in shock because people found out that it was a prominent musician a composer and professor of modern music from vienna who had been killed.webern didn't commit suicide he loved life he wanted to find safety and this home was his last abode before his death. after webern was shot and killed weberns son inlaw benno mattel was in jail for a year for his crime and his wife weberns daughter got two days because of her husbands crime.after benno mattel got out of jail he and his family fled for south america where alot of the nazi criminals fled to resume a new life they went to hide in argentina.gustav mahler died in 1911 and anton von webern was at mahlers funeral. anton webern wanted to have mahler for a teacher but mahler was a very busy composer and conductor webern liked strauss'music webern thought strauss' music was more powerful than mahlers although webern loved mahlers music scores and webern conducted mahlers music good. mahler he was a very admired composer and a major musician and conductor of his time.i want to hear from musicians and people who are interested in anton von webern. i have been a member here since august the 16th, of 2006. weberns music has been a challenge for people to understand and perform he was a lryic composer in the early years and he was a ardent romantic. zemlinsky the musician had given webern some music studies in harmony. in the 2nd viennese school the unifying element was the adoption of schoenbergs method of composition with 12 tones related to one another.malevolent opponents referred to schoenberg, berg, webern as a vienna trinity, with schoenberg as god the father ,berg as god the son,and webern as the holy ghost.from 1908 to 1914 webern was active as a conductor in vienna and in germany.anton von webern had a love for chamber music. igor stravinsky later accepted weberns music and he used weberns work in his and he igor new that webern was indeed a good musical artist who new his music composition.anton von webern was a great 20th century composer of music and he was the father of new serialism modern atonal classical music he invented his own new compostion of new music.he was a top student of arnold schoenberg his teacher and friend and anton webern was a member of the second viennese school which was a school of music composition and in this school he was the serialist and modernist and most radical member of the second viennese school.the second viennese school was a school of music composition lead by arnold schoenberg and alban berg was in this school with webern and others.this school was supported by the great jewish composer gustav mahler the composer who had a strong influence on this school .anton von webern was a composer and a professor, music lecturer, musicologist, conductor of classical music. webern became one of the best know proponents of the 12 tone technique he advanced it into serialism .webern he was a contemporary composer in the second viennese school webern was the the one whose music was the most difficult to understand he wrote highly intellectual new music that was not of the pouplar demand and taste. there is a book titled the death of anton von webern by author dr.hans moldenhauer a musicologist that was published with the story of weberns death and it has my grandfather in this book it is a good book i have it. i am not proud that my grandaddy killed anton von webern because i am against killing this happened in a war in military i am now famous by being connected to anton von weberns tragic death which was a death of fate for webern i am very sorry about his death. anton weberns music was wrote with strict means with concision and extrme delicacy and brevity and it is difficult music and beautiful music he wrote music seriously and with comprehensibility.anton webern was born in austria on dec.3rd,1883 and he died sept.15th,1945 four months after the war ended he was fatally shot and accidentally killed by pfc raymond norwood bell a army infantry soldier serving in the european war in austria raymond n.bell was born on august 16th,1914 and he died on september the 3rd,1955 10 years after weberns death mr. bell my grandaddy died as result of worry and grief with remorse for having killed webern in war he came home to america as a young man from the war and he was sick for the rest of his life and he died of severe alcoholism and he was sorry of killing anton von webern.webern loved schoenberg and every time he webern got the chance he would be with him or write him a letter he wanted to stay in touch.webern was already told that he had a new job in vienna, austria as a professor of music at at school in vienna that he could have after the war ened but webern got killed. anton von webern was a good conductor he was serious when he wrote his music he poured his inner most feelings that he held into his music when i first heard his music i didn't know what i was hearing it was new to me i was not born a good musician after my connection and interest in webern i have a better understanding and appreciation of classical music all because of Dr.anton von webern .i don't want to hear bad things being said or wrote about anton von webern because i love him and respect his life and i know people have not liked him and do not now like him he was a pioneer founder of modern new serial music and not only was he a incredible musician he was a kind and wonderful person.he webern was obessed with his music composing he compressed and expressed and wrote purely and very precise music it had to be perfect and exactly to the point he was very original with his them.gustav mahler was a good supporter of the second viennese school he helped them out he was older and a great composer. webern with his music wasn't out to seduce or dazzle or flatter anyone with his music or decieve anyone he used expression and nature and poetry and cow bells in his which was wrote to a perfection he stripped his music to the barest essentials and calculated math with
