1. The artists
FRIDAY The morning is a special educational program featuring The Abrams Brothers and PMW for local schools (and the general public) as part of the Daniel Pearl World Music Days. The afternoon features very special guests Augie March, Buddy Miller, T Bone Burnett, and Jeff Tweedy.

On Friday, October 5th, students from San Francisco middle schools will attend a special concert at opening day of the "Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival" an amazing concert for 4,000 middle school students. SF Connect Volunteers will chaperone the students and work with teachers to make the field trip go smoothly. It's a wonderful opportunity to help students enjoy a unique cultural experience! 2. um, wow
that is amazing!!

Just the Saturday line up blew my mind. That is going to be a great festival. I would wear myself out running around trying to see all of them...and it's FREE on top of it. Wow. You are lucky you get to go. And Earl Scruggs and Emmylou on Sunday...unreal.

:woohoo:

looks like my favorite bluegrass artist is gonna miss it though, she's here

4. Hardly "strictly bluegrass" indeed!
Ain't a lot of Monroe in that lineup ... (said with best stern Monroe glare and Lester Flatt accent!).

Great lineup, though! Enjoy! Wish I was there.
