4. I think he was referring to Godfather III...
but at the same time, you somehow managed to come up with a worse sequel. Nicely done!

22. Joey Zasa was great!! Joe owns a restaurant in Burbank near where I work so
we see him around town once in awhile.

One day my wife and I were going into a Japanese restaurant for lunch and Joe Montagna held the door for us. I told my wife, "Joey Zasa just held the door for us!!"

Her reply, "Who's Joey Zasa?"

12. Has worked in David Mamet's films as well
"House of Games" (I think) and "Homicide," both written and directed by playwright David Mamet.

13. He is a graduate of Morton East High School in Cicero, IL
...where my first LTR also attended school and majored in Drama, so he knew Joe, who was a hero to him. We followed Joe's very early career and cheered him on.

Joe is also the voice of Fat Tony on the Simpsons.

For these two reasons alone, I love him.

15. Fantastic actor!
Originated the role of Ricky Roma in David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross onstage, but for the movie the part went to some guy named Pacino, because Mantegna wasn't "big" enough. O the humanity... :eyes:

20. He did one of the best SNL skits ever
He played some guy from the NYC tourist(?) dept, taking calls about problems the tourists had had during trips to NYC.
"You lost you luggage at the airport? What airport did you use, oh, LaGuardia?" Eloquent shrug
"Oh, you got tossed off a roof? Did you make eye contact with the guys beforehand?" Eloquent shrug.
"What other city can you see "Cats" and eat Chinese food at 4 am?

I'm probably remembering some of the quotes wrongly, but it was a really funny skit - and Youtube don't host SNL stuff :grr:
