if so, can any of you tell me how much utilities (heat, electric, phone) cost for an apartment around here? This is for a paper I have to write, and we don't pay utilities in our place.

We're great! Sitting on the porch having a cocktail and looking at the moon. Going home to W. MA this weekend for haircuts and to see family and friends. Skool is kicking my ass, but that's nothing new. :)

we live 28 miles south west of the fair city...so keep that in mind, but I don't see how the utilities could be that much different??? Maybe the oil? Electric, phone, cable, those should be standard I would think??

4. how big an apartment? here's my estimates

average annualized monthly
utilities = heat/hot water/cooking/elec.

1 bedroom all utilities paid by tenant - $135
2 bedroom all util. " - $170
3 bedroom "" - $200
4 bedroom "" - $230


I work in the housing field north of Boston - in the greater metro area.
