11. Jack Nicholson

You don't want the truth. Because deep
down, in places you don't talk about at
parties, you want me on that wall. You want
me there
(boasting)
We use words like honor, code,
loyalty...we use these words as the
backbone to a life spent defending
something. You use 'em as a punchline.
(beat)
I have neither the time nor the
inclination to explain myself to a man who
rises and sleeps under the blanket of the
very freedom I provide, then questions the
manner in which I provide it. I'd prefer
you just said thank you and went on your
way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a
weapon and stand a post. Either way, I
don't give a damn what you think you're
entitled to.

54. Florence Nightingale lived a lot further back than I thought.
I don't think 6 degrees are possible, but here's 8.

1) Florence Nightingale met Queen Victoria who was an admirer of her work during the Crimean War.

2) Queen Victoria's grandson eventually became King George V

3) George's son was Prince Edward, Duke of Windsor

4) After Edward abdicated the throne he became a minor celebrity, meeting Richard Nixon at the White House.

5) Richard Nixon appeared on "Laugh-In" with actor Henry Gibson.

6) Henry Gibson later went on to play Judge Clark Brown in Boston Legal with William Shatner.

7) William Shatner was in "Star Trek" with George Takei.

8) Mr. Scorpio met George Takei.

73. A another reason I'm so connected
Hell, I haven't even used this one yet: Dick Cheney. Yep. Him

He was Sec Def when I worked in the Pentagon... Hell. I almost bumped directly into him on the Concourse once. (That would have been a doozy)

If I have Dick... And I haven't even used him yet and still did connections to everyone else, you all should know what you're dealing with!

80. Are you saying that you are Agent Mike?
And if not, how many degrees of separation are there between you and him? ;-)

75. Wow. It's all about Takei and Underwood, isn't it?
A couple of stepmom references, but, ultimately, it all comes down to Sulu and the black guy from L.A. Law, doesn't it? A healthy does of IMDB thrown in, and this is the most discerning post I've ever read.

76. Have you ever seen a kung fu movie where the master fights with one hand behind his back?
Well it's like that... I haven't even used Ronny Cox and Dick Cheney yet

Just a clue as to whom everybody is messing with

It won't be easy to find non-connectors
