Actually, what we really need is an "execute person who called you" button on phones.

I work in a call center (tech support type, NOT telemarketing!). I've always wanted some button on my phone to send a good dose of high voltage to the asshole callers so I could hear them screaming in pain. If I had one of those execution buttons there would be at lease four hateful, nasty people annihilated just from last Saturday alone.

Now, the ability to make sure certain people are never able to drive again, that I don't think I'd abuse. I'd use it a helluva lot, but I wouldn't consider that to be abuse. I'd consider that to be defense of myself and other innocents on the road... :)
