When the GD "glitch" happens, does it disappear from the lobby and the "latest discussions" page as well?

Has the forum been pulled?

ON EDIT: From elad:
Forums will be going offline for maintenance tonight (Aug 04th 2003)
All forums will one by one be going off and coming back on so I can work on the database tables.
