12. The animals IN the circus are never allowed to leave!
So maybe it's a good thing that mine are not allowed in.

3. Sure. But when the card comes, don't let the dog get too carried away.
You might end up with UPS trucks pulling up in front of your house unloading cases of steaks and chew toys.

I still think it's brilliant. You got the corporate bully treatment, which means it had some effect.

18. Nah, I worked there at the time
Yes, I was an evil greyhound trainer. :)

I went to work at a track when I was 17 and trained dogs for about 10 years. And I loved it but its such a wasteful business. The dogs are a delight but I couldn't take the sheer waste of young life.

So I got out of it and I'm glad its a dying business. All I can say about it is, if you're ever looking for a dog, consider adopting a greyhound because they are wonderful.

19. I cringe at the bills my dogs would run up.
10 cases of smoked pigs ears. They would probably order beef from Omaha steaks. Live rabbits every Easter at the tractor supply store.
They would have me in bankruptcy in no time. HEY! Who ordered the automatic petting robot from the sharper image darn it!

They would clean out the cat department at Drs. Foster & Smith. I'd be getting deliveries of cat toys and scratching posts and 55-gallon drums of fresh cream and live lobsters and catnip by the bale. My house would eventually look like this:
