If your personality was expressed as a color
what color would it be?

I think mine, and everyones changes over time - maybe many times within the same day, but we carry a certain "color" around with us. Mine, most of the time would be blue - I'm always looking up, but sometimes get disappointed or sad because of it.

How about you? Does this make any sense?

:)

15. Jitterbug.....seasonal color themes.....my best friend is just like you ..
and a joy! I try to keep up with her in a friendly rivalry. Seasonal Clothes are really great......

If some of us don't keep to traditions who the hell will..........! T-Shirts and navels showing? Give me an "Autumn pin with a pumpkin and I am in total glory.

Now...this is probably much more extreme than your post........and many of our male DU'ers or "With It" Females will gasp in horror and fall over in hyperventilation but .........WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO thanks for your post about seasonal colors!!!!! Holding the Fort down .........THANK YOU!

2. Hmmm....
My favorite colors are blue and purple, so maybe that is what it would be. But there'd have to be some white light in it as well....

17. Short Bus.....do I have a picture of a sophisticated black T-shirt under a
light grey sportcoat......or black T-shirt and grey slacks. Like the theatrical folks who appear on Charlie Rose's show on PBS?

Just funning! But, I do see anyone who is artistic all wearing black (particularly males....since females wear black because it goes with everything and no one wants to stand out today, it seems at gatherings.....But black for Males has been quite the thing.

I'm trying to visualize. My hubby would look like the undertaker was ready to grab him in black and he avoids it....but many males look very distinguised and "dude like" in the color.......and frankly I can see why it's as popular for males as the "black dress/skirt for females" in these times. Although .......it all started in the "Upbeat" Clinton years where I would have thought folks would have been more colorful like me who loves red......but whatever.....

10. Orange
Well, we've already been through the hating-orange-thing here this summer, but I love orange. It gets people's attention and it's a fun color that people always notice. Hence its use in traffic control. All hail orange!

11. Cash Black
"And, I wear it for the thousand who have died, Believin'that the Lord was on their side, I wear it for another hundred thousand who have died, Believen' that WE all were on their side.

Well, there's things that never will be right I know,
And things need changin' everywhere you go, But 'til we start to make a move to make a few things right,

You'll never see me wear a suit of white."

Sorry, I'm a total Cashaholic...couldn't resist when this thread came up. :)

12. I've always been Nancy Reagan Red for a color....but I'm very quiet and
shy and retiring....but look good in that color and feel very comfortable in uncomfortable surroundings in it.

People who know me laugh when I say I'm shy and retiring and "bookish." I don't know why they laugh..maybe it's because I have a big mouth...LOL's

But, I love Red.....wear it.....and really am....at heart a shy, retiring, church mouse kind of person. Well..except that I like makeup, jewelry....and glitz stuff....but I'm really quiet....that's why I spend so much time on DU and doing research......who knows what we are all about anyway....Contrasts and Cotnradictions depending on who knows us......and who we really let know us.......
