hell, after not kicking someone off one week, how is it they still have time to skip weeks?

enough already... show the new episodes!

1. Is Bravo part of USA?

I noticed that a lot of shows on SciFi, USA and Bravo are waiting 2 weeks before airing new episodes. I assume it's because of USA's covereage of the US Open.

2. The USA network is running US Open games in the evening

but thus far, I have not noticed that Bravo has been affected.

Bravo ran a Top Chef Season 1 versus Top Chef Season 2 episode--a rerun--last night.
