I was looking forward to a long,labor day week-end

at the cabin in Pike National Forest. Relaxing, fishing, hiking. My Uncle just called and told me to bring old clothes because we are going to paint the cabin this week-end!! Now, all of a sudden, I don't want to go. Gawd, I hate painting. I can't stay home because my Grandparents are counting on me to accompany them and make sure they get to the cabin safely. I feel like I was tricked! This cabin is HUGH!!!1! It's going to take all three days to paint it.

but my wife just informed me that I get to paint the bathroom.

in my bedroom so I can (eventually, guess what) PAINT it of course.

7. Damn you!!!

We all made a pact that we won't drink at the cabin anymore. The drinking really upsets my Grandparents. So I won't even have beer power to work with.

6. Buy or rent a power painter (Spray gun)!

You should be done quickly. Better yet, your Uncle might even insist he be the one to use it. OR, maybe it will rain?
