I did. Turned him in to Homeland Security. He's in Gitmo now, poor bastard.

3. I'm about to
seriously... hot water heater busted for more than 2 weeks. Oh sure, he can "reset" it and it'll work for a couple of hours, but he did that yesterday morning and then by the time my chores were done at 1 pm I ended up having to boil water to take a bath.

two weeks... he says he has the part.... so what the hell is he waiting for????

Rent due on Saturday. You think he'd be happy if he had to wait 2 weeks for it?

5. Oooh, I hate that
I once had an downstairs apartment and the bathroom ceiling started to leak. I called the landlord and he came over (about 3 days later) to check it - I figured something was leaking in the upstairs bathroom but he said it was fine.

Leak continued. I continued to call him. Every now and then he'd tell me he'd checked but couldn't find anything.

A couple of months passed. The leak was so bad, I literally had to take an umbrella with me when I sat on the toilet! (I was young - it was my first real apartment, now, I wouldn't let it get to that point).

Anyway, I finally went upstairs and spoke to the neighbors. The landlord had NEVER entered their place and it turned out they had a loose washer on the toilet that was causing a slow leak. There was just a little puddle behind their toilet but the entire ceiling in my bathroom was destroyed.

Cost that lazy son-of-a-bitch a lot to replace when all he had to do was tighten a frigging nut. :banghead:
