1. By definintion it means 3rd.
i.e. Primary, secondary, tertiary. If you're asking for specifics, I don't know. :shrug:

3. is it hospital?
tertiary is a term used to describe a certain level of specialist care in the medical field. In other fields I have no clue what they might mean.

4. Ah, I think gathering from what I know from a friend
In college down there they have THREE specialties or majors I think when in college--instead of the major/minor system- my friend is doing work in chemistry/physics/math and he talks about everybody having three-so perhaps the tertiary qualification is the third area of emphasis studied in school? Thats my guess anyway..:shrug:
You are quite serious about this moving to Oz thing aren't you..I remember you asking about the cities.
Its something if I am very lucky I may indeed think about down the road abit myself
