my cousin's wife is pregnant!

it finally sank it today, and i almost cried on the subway ride to work: I am going to be an aunt~!

6. Here's an odd coincidence--my new "ladyfriend" was formerly married to a Tamil man

and also has quite a bit of experience with geneaology, she was explaining what the differnece was between first cousin once removed, twice removed etc, and then said "in India it's different--everybody's an aunt or uncle!"

That just came up at lunch yesterday. Not terribly important, but I thought the coincidence was kinda cool.
