It's Dr. Who's time machine that can also fly through space.

It's an acronym, but it's a secret. I think it's classified by the MI-6, England's version of the CIA. Or maybe it's classified by the BBC.

A TARDIS is any kind of small room that can fly through time and space. Dr. Who's TARDIS looks like a "phone box" (booth) from pre-war London.

I think that the TOTO crapper could possibly do the same thing, with its ions and all that other science stuff. Whaddaya think?
