Every game is important now, so when we're trailing late by a run or two, I pace and curse, pace and curse, pace and curse...

We haven't "dominated" our league like we did last year. And I have learned my lesson from that. We were like a solid 10-12 games out by this point. Guaranteed. And didn't make it to the World Series. My Christian MIL was here when they blew it and a very long "ffffffff......" left my lips incomplete.

I live for this time too, my friend. And I'm glad da Mets aren't running away with it. If only my husband had someone to talk to while I'm wearing my glove and cursing at the TV....

Okay... everybody in the NL West lost except Colorado. Chicago and Milwaukee both won, as did the Mets and Phillies.

I'm gonna be a wreck a month from now. :D
