78. That was me! LOL! Actually, Friday was the Milwaukee show and it was LOVELY.

So we got very lucky there. Driving in the kind of rain that came on Saturday and Sunday would've sucked ass. Anyway, the Milwaukee show was at the Pabst Theater so rain wouldn't have been an issue. The Saturday and Sunday night shows were here in Chicago, also indoors. I actually ended up not going to the Sunday night show because I was so freaking exhausted (too old to do this kind of thing any more) but the two shows I attending were transcendental.

Of course, now that I've had a few hours of sleep I'm totally kicking myself for not going last night. Oh well. I'm still grinning from ear to ear. I never thought I'd see CH play live and now I have. And it was every bit as amazing as I thought it would be. I love Neil Finn's solo stuff but something about Crowded House just sends me to some other plane of existence. And seeing Nick Seymour on stage looking like he was giddy with joy made it even better. I'm always amazed at their ability to make songs that I'm not even that crazy about on the album sound so amazing live. I'm already trying to figure out if I can make it to the Minneapolis show in September.

all of the faces. The poster was drawn by Howard Teman and can be found fairly easily. The website (that I can't seem to find any longer) had roughly 190 of the 200 faces identified. Pretty fun to id as many as you can with or without that elusive website!
