Dinner at the Prophets - tilapia filets

Melt 1 T butter in a frying pan. Season with Chef's Shake



(this is my favorite all-purpose spice blend, but others would work fine as well), ground dill, and salt&pepper to taste. Fry filets in seasoned butter until flaky. Buon apetito!

2. That's tougher than it sounds
It's a lot like bluegill IMO, if you've ever had that. Much lighter than catfish, and really flaky, light meat - not oily.
