Then I'd be somewhere off toward the left of that picture...I guess.

I'd be able to see the Sears Tower from here if I weren't on the ground floor and my window didn't look out onto next door's brick wall. :P

17. you can still color me jealous
;)

I live down in Champaign, and don't often get up to Chicago unless we have folks visiting. But every time I do, it's great. :)

10. hehe
last time we were up there, the Cubs were playing at the White Sox--they had fireworks at the game, and we watched them from above, which was pretty cool ...

White Sox won that day, though :D

Wow, those are wonderful!

Very vivid and stunning!

I'd love to hear some technical details...kind of camera, shutter speed, and anything else you have!

Thank you for posting these!

14. I was using a digital camera
on a pre-set setting (the sunset setting, though one of them might be on the museum setting). Sorry I can't be more helpful with the technical details, but I'm glad you enjoyed the pics :) :hi:

16. The John Hancock Center
It's the second tallest building in Chicago and the tallest residential building in the world: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Hancock_Center

There's an observation deck up there, too, but I haven't been on it yet.

:hi:
