I can save $654/year by switching to Progressive
I wonder if their rates are solid. In other words, will they raise them after I sign up?

Right now, it's me and Lelapin (she's 20) and a 7 year old car and a 14 year old car. $1,800/year with State Farm. :wow:

1. You can find cheaper...
but I have heard the service is really good, as opposed to the cheaper policies.

4. I can't find the declaration pages from State Farm
They're around here somewhere. I'll be able to really compare once I'm sure the coverages are identical.

I know I can use the money...

:)

2. I like State Farm
I pay just about half that, for only myself. For one car. 7 years old.

6. That's what I was paying
for a 14 year old car and just me.

I added a car, Lelapin as a driver and dropped all but the required coverage on the 14 year old car and it doubled. :(

10. We pay just over $800 a year for two drivers and two cars.
That's total, for both cars, both drivers. Maximum liability limits and full comp/collision.

We have American Family.

11. Try Grange
We've had them for years. Even when the kids were on our policy our rates were reasonable..so reasonable that my 3 adult children now use Grange as well.
