SNOW DAY!
We got at least a foot and a half yesterday, maybe two feet. It snows in Minnesota, but not that much all at once, at least not very often. We have a long driveway and no plow or snowblower. But thankfully I live in a teeny town where the guy who clears the streets also plows everybody's driveway. Otherwise DH would be spending the day trying to dig out a path to the street.

Anybody else get a bunch of snow this weekend?

1. Here in the Twin Cities we only have about 2-3 inches so far.
Didn't snow at all yesterday - we missed out while the rest of the state got socked.

Of course my garage door opener broke yesterday. That never happens when it's warm and sunny.

3. Snow day in Richmond, VA!
Slept til 8:30, now I'm eating hot oatmeal and posting here. Ahhhh!
I'll have to shovel snow in a little while, but that's OK.

4. About 6-7 inches here
in Lancaster County......... finished shoveling our big driveway just as an Amish guy on a scooter, with a shovel tied to his back, offered to do it for me. I told him to scoot on by tomorrow ...we're supposed to get more snow. May go sled riding with the grandkids later. Those new plastic sleds, tubes and toboggans go FAST!

Hey! A horse-drawn sleigh with jingle-bells just went down the lane!

5. Light flurries falling in Western Oklahoma...
And I'm still going to class...you should be proud...I mean, usually if there's anything falling from the sky, I would stay in my room refusing to leave even for food.
