I don't know if this goes here...
I have been with my sister, you see she was kidnapped and held for 6 hrs. while her Boss raped and beat her.
This happened in Meeker Colorado, Last Thursday/Friday.
You see her boss, is a Texan millionaire...who (in the office) has framed photos and letters and invitations from bush, he is a heavy contributor to *'s administration. He made his money in oil. This PIG, has walked from court without doing time for, seven years tax evasion, 3 DUI's, and previous sexual assault charges from Texas.
She is safe, but she is very angry. Her children, 11 yr. old triplets, got worried, when their mom did not come home after the safety meeting, and called 911, they gave a great disruption of the PIG's truck where the meeting was held and the road to his house.
The police, knows my sister, they know she would never leave her children at home alone, she is a single mother. They found her as the PIG was finally taking her home to "Make her kids love him by morning"
They found the gun he had on her right away and got her out of the truck.
They arrested him and he made bail that same day.
I am sorry for my slurred speech, as I am crying for her.
I don't know if we are allowed to post names of individuals as soon as I find out I am going to shout the PIG'S name all over here, I will tell you more later. He told her she can't hurt him because he knows people.

2. No don't post names..but keep after the authorities to
prosecute. You said she was beaten..did the cops take pictures? Was she taken to a hospital to have the necessary tests?

I fear if you post a name that you may jeopardize the case.

Take care of yourself so that you can help your sister be strong.

3. no don't post the name
people from conservative sites read this site and you've given so much identifying info that if there is a newspaper article written on this or charges were brought it could easily be found. Some wanker could see this, read what you said about him being a Bush supporter, and clue him in that he's being talked about online...it's best not to talk about stuff like this in a public forum, or ixnay the location and specificss about either victim or perp until the case is settled.

5. Dropping names could ruin her case...
I'm wondering if she should consult a GOOD attorney now, who isn't involved with the DAs office. Unless you're certain that the DA hasn't been bought by the rethuglican machine, you might consider it.

I'm so sorry for your sister and her kids...What an awful thing!

10. Yes, she is seeking counseling
The irony is she volunteers at a rape center. We have many lawyers and judges in our family, so she is well protected in that aspect. She is also very well known as a reputable account in Co. and has alot of clients that offered financial support, now that she does not have a job at the moment. I can't wait for the court date, when she is on the stand in pure authenticity and justifiable anger and tells her story. We told her that no matter what the laws of man decides, universal law is still on the side of righteousness.
She gets it now, she never liked bush or anything like that, but now she understands how big this is, and how far the bush administration arms reach. It got way too personal, and now she is motivated to come to protests with me.

11. I hope she looks into filing a civil suit against him.
Take some of that money away from him and it will get his attention.
